Here are the details:
11:30 am: join the team for our Chrismas Party at 71 Comba Drive in CP. Bring road hockey sticks and appropriate clothing. We will have a bonfire, music, etc.
12:30 pm: lunch and drinks will be provbided (parents, feel free to bring your own adult beverages)
1:00 pm: float decorating (parade theme is 'Superheros Celebrate Christmas', so if you have any decorations please bring them)
2:30 pm: party's over! Head home and prep for the parade.
4:30 pm: Child drop-off on our Team Float
5:00 pm: Parade leaves CPHS
TBD: Child pick-up at Carambeck
IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ
- Please RSVP with the number of people planning to eat at the party AND the number of kiddos on the float by EOD THURS 23NOV so we can plan accordingly.
- Siblings / others players welcome but will require a parent to walk with the float; our volunteers will take care of our team
- ALL KIDS will need to be signed in and out. If you are not walking with the float, please make sure you are at Carambeck before our float arrives
- Please let me know ASAP of any allergies / food restrictions
