Team Staff Training Requirements
Interested in being a Head Coach or Assistant Coach? Please complete the CPMHA Coach Application and forward to our Coach Coordinator at: coaches@cpmha.ca
Thanks for volunteering to be part of your team's management! Whether it be Head Coach, Assistant Coach, Trainer or Manager, your commitment to your team is invaluable. Please refer to the HEO Certification/Qualification Requirements to confirm the training/certification requirements you'll need for the level of hockey you're involved in.

Need to register for a clinic?
1) Complete and submit the CPMHA Request for Training form to your level Convenor for approval.
2) Once approved, you can find a course/clinic using Hockey Canada's eHockey Clinic Selection.
Please also refer to the CPMHA Team Handbook for more information on expectations of each role within our association.
