Calling on our CPMHA families.
As we do not know yet how the Return to Hockey plan from Hockey Canada will take shape, we want to know the intentions of our CPMHA families in regards to the 2020-2021 season, simply to have a general idea of your intentions for the upcoming season. Please fill one survey per family only.
